Booking At Red Robin Therapy

20% of the therapy fee applies for all bookings - this is to secure your appointment & ensure that  cancellations or & no shows are kept to a minimum. 

Cancellation Policy Red Robin Therapy

Iunderstand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a full fee. Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session rate. Thank you for respecting my  time and helping me to serve all clients effectively.

Rescheduled appointments with more than 48 hours notice will have their 20% deposit fee transferred to their new appointment.

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your course please  notify us as soon as possible. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve all our students effectively. 

All course deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another course in the event that attendance is not possible.

I will  apply appropriate protection and management of any information you share with us. The information you submit will be kept confidential and with the highest standards of security. The information you provide will be held and used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Any personal information you provide to us will only be used for the following purposes:

Delivery of therapies/courses

Booking appointments/courses

Billing

Marketing (but only if you have agreed)

Right to Refuse Treatment or Course Participation

Red Robin Therapy & the  Holistic School of Ireland reserves the right to refuse treatment or participation in courses on medical or other grounds, where it is deemed necessary and appropriate in the best interests of the client and other students. This measure is taken to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all individuals involved.
